Send a notice

Identify the work or mark, the rights holder and your authority to act; give the 24 Frames URL or enough detail to find the content; explain the claimed infringement; and provide your name and a way to reply. Include any licence or context that matters. You may ask us to keep your contact details confidential where legally possible. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.

We may ask for missing information and may restrict access to content while investigating a credible urgent claim. A notice alone does not automatically remove a title.

Review and response

Staff review the material and available evidence. We may remove or restrict content, request evidence of rights from the creator, or decline a claim that does not establish infringement. We will use available contact details to explain a material decision where reasonably possible. Current tooling does not guarantee automatic strikes, notices or fixed turnaround times.

A creator who believes a removal is mistaken may email info@24frames.co with the content link and supporting rights evidence. We will review the response and may restore the content if appropriate and lawful. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to further restrictions after staff review. We do not currently enforce an automatic three-strike rule.

Do not submit knowingly false claims or counterclaims. Privacy, likeness, defamation and child-safety concerns can also be sent to the same address and are reviewed under the relevant policies. See Creator Terms and Moderation and Appeals.
